Over the past five years in corporate HR, I’ve built deep experience working in labour and employee relations. I have dealt with dynamic challenges from WSIB, workplace investigations, policy development, and creating people strategy.

All this with a purpose of trying to understand and learn what truly works and what absolutely doesn’t.
